Project Overview
Impact Flooring Services Ltd was contracted by Adept Building Consultancy Ltd to complete a comprehensive industrial flooring installation for Templeman Retailing & Vending Ltd in Cramlington. The objective was to deliver a durable and aesthetically professional finish suitable for a high-traffic commercial environment.
Scope of work
Our team completed two major systems across the facility:
- Polyurethane 3mm Self-Level Screed System – Installed over 140 sqm to provide a seamless, hygienic, and chemically resistant surface ideal for operational areas.
- 2-Tier Epoxy High-Build Coating System – Applied across 6,643 sqm, providing a tough, hard-wearing finish that enhances surface protection while maintaining a clean, modern appearance.
Project Execution
The entire project was completed within a tight 15-day schedule, thanks to our experienced installation team and detailed project planning. Throughout the process, we worked closely with Adept Building Consultancy Ltd to ensure all specifications were met and disruptions to the client’s operations were minimised.
